Skincare Post Appointment Tips

Right after your treatment, your skin may be more sensitive and you may experience some temporary redness. This is a normal reaction and disappears within an hour of treatment.

At Home Care

Exfoliate gently in the opposite direction of hair growth every other day to help prevent ingrown hairs. This will keep your skin in good condition between sugaring appointments. Use a dry clean cloth or glove to exfoliate the skin.

Moisturizing with a water-based lotion is key to keeping your skin healthy, hydrated, and ready for your next appointment.

Please do not use a razor or depilatory creams in between appointments.

We recommend waiting 24 hours before exposing your skin to the sun or infrared lamps.

Be certain to avoid perfumed soaps or products with chemical irritants and make up 12 hours following a facial treatment.

Avoid touching your freshly sugared areas with dirty hands.

If you are having a chest or back treatment, please bring a fresh white shirt to put on after treatment.

Hot baths or showers may cause increased skin sensitivity and is not advised.

Do not plan a workout 12-24 hours after your treatment as perspiration may irritate the skin directly after your treatment.

Book your next appointment when hair is 1/8" inch long ... approximately 4-5 weeks.
